The GANDEIA group offers a concert\/show based on the unity of music and dance through a journey from ancestral times to the most contemporary compositions, taking in transmission of the traditional, popular legacy of our land, carefully collected in the past and shaped in a highly respectful way by GANDEIA in the present to adapt it to our instruments. Aware of the great value, beauty and interest of the material, we fuse tradition with modernity to continue to pass on and enjoy this treasure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

GANDEIA presents an original show that sets out from the origins of movement and vocal and percussive sounds to carry on with the full ensemble<\/span> (vocals: Raquel Andueza; piano: Amaia Cordoba; violin: Yorrick Troman, In\u00e9s de Madrazo, Liesbeth Baelus; txistupipe & drum: Ion Irazoki, with 8 dancers),<\/span> presenting works from different periods brought up to date and finishing off by premiering new compositions, the work of Navarrese composers like Koldo Pastor and the members of GANDEIA themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n
