His work confronts conventional narratives of history, archive or ethnographic objects, or political and subcultural representations, observing the technical and material conditions of all of them. Writing is a regular recourse in this work, always related to sculpture. He has had individual exhibitions at the Museo Reina Sof\u00eda, MACBA, the Museo Oteiza, the Museo del Alabado in Quito and Raven Row in London, and taken part in collective ones at Secession in Vienna, the Guggenheim Bilbao and the Venice, S\u00e3o Paulo and Taipei biennials.
