Oficina de Cine ErrantePausa: El sonido de la txalaparta que los hermanos Artze tocaron en el 72

In the collective consciousness around the ground-breaking ‘Encuentros del 72’ in Pamplona many of the city’s inhabitants simply remember it as a time when “they interrupted our afternoon stroll”. Fifty years later, Oficina de cine errante (“Office of wandering cinema”) recalls the echo of that ‘obligatory pause’ through excerpts of people walking the streets, in a free and random manner. The start of each screening is marked by a particular time and place, although nobody can predict where it will lead or how it will end. With the presence of Esther Ferrer and Isidoro Valcárcel Medina, and the posthumous memory of the Artze brothers and John Cage, the O.C.E invites you to take a stroll in the steps of these outstanding and timeless figures.
