Mathematician and theologian.
He is a university lecturer in computer systems and languages. He has a degree in theology from Comillas Pontifical University and a doctorate in Mathematics from the University La Rioja, two subjects he believes share a common basis. He pursues his research in the field of computational algebra and works hard to publicise mathematics and how algorithms work all over the world. For years he has presented the television science education programme on Órbita Laika RTVE, has worked with the Cadena SER radio channel and had a YouTube channel called Derivando. He has written the books Inteligencia matemática, El árbol de Emmy, Apocalipsis matemático and most recently Invitación al aprendizaje (Ediciones B).
