Their work combines musical rigour with sensitive, passionate performance, making them a landmark in early music. In the course of their career, they have performed in prestigious venues around Spain, such as the Auditorio Nacional and the Palau de la Música in Valencia, and have taken part in festivals including the Granada International Music and Dance Festival and the Peñíscola Festival of Early and Baroque Music. They have a strong international profile, appearing in countries including France, Italy, Germany, the USA, China and Morocco, and performing at landmark venues such as the Metropolitan Museum in New York and Bachfest Leipzig. Capella de Ministrers has published an extensive discography, through labels including Auvidis and CDM, the latter being the ensemble’s own label. They have won many accolades, including the International Classical Music Award (ICMA) in 2018 and 2023, the Carles Santos prize for Valencian music and the Medal of Honour of the Valencian Council for Culture in 2023.
