Professor of Philosophy and researcher into human behaviour.
Carlos Javier González Serrano is a professor of Philosophy and Psychology and mentor at upper secondary level, a Philosophy graduate with a long training in psychotherapy and clinical psychology, specialised in working with children and young people and coping with crisis situations. He is scientific director of the Café del Observatorio Social at la Caixa foundation, and a regular contributor to major media. He presents the programme A la luz del pensar on Radio Nacional de España, and the section “El lugar que piensa” on the programme Para Todos La 2 on Televisión Española. He recently published the book Una filosofía de la resistencia, released by Planeta (Destino). He has also translated and edited several books on philosophy.
