Chellist. As a soloist, his future and recent engagements include performances in some of the best festivals in Europe. He has made recordings as a soloist for record labels such as Naxos, Sony, Col-legno, Neos, Verso and RNE, considered excellent works by Scherzo, Ritmo, Melómano, BBC Magazine and Fanfare. Gramophone magazine highlights his register for Naxos, together with the Arriaga, as an outstanding revelation.
His passion for chamber music has led him to play with artists such as the Cuarteto Casals, N. Chumachenco, G. Caussé, Rainer Schmidt (Cuarteto Hagen), A. Meunier, D. Masson and Paul McCreesh.
He has been an officially-qualified Professor of Music and Dramatic Arts in the specialisation of violoncello since 2018, with a post in the Higher Conservatoire of Music of Murcia.
