Marabiyak Sound consolidated itself as a collective in 2022, after almost a decade of collaborative work in the alternative music and cultural scene of Pamplona. Created by Xabier Apestegui (Dj Reimy), Borja Oslé, Jokin Monreal (Errege Sound) and Iosu Marti (Katanga Dub), it stages multidisciplinary, scenic and musical projects. It proposes and experiments with new festive community formats, where sustainable mobility, renewable energies, popular music and the public space come together. Marabiyak’s collective practice is also carried out within the popular framework of the Masa Crítica de Iruña movement, which works with several other social movements in the city.
