She lectures in Political Theory and Feminist Thought at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She completed her studies in Political Science and Law at the Paris Institut d´Études Politiques, and has been a guest researcher at the University of Chicago and at the Colombia University, New York. She is author of the book Género, emancipación y diferencias (Plaza & Valdés, 2012), co-author together with Fernando Vallespín of Populismos (Alianza Editorial, 2017) and has recently published El fin del mundo común. Hannah Arendt y la posverdad (Taurus, 2025). She has written academic papers for research journals including World Political Science, REIS, ISEGORÍA and RECP, among others. In June 2018 she was appointed editor of the Opinion section of EL PAÍS newspaper, and held this position until 2020. She is currently a columnist for the same newspaper.
