Sensitive Thinking Practices

The body forms modes of perception, of knowledge and of relations. Thinking from the body involves recognising oneself within a web of diverse influences and materialities. Here, sensitivity not only illuminates thought, but produces it. Philosopher, university lecturer and dancer Marie Bardet is to contribute to the Encuentros de Pamplona with a lecture which interweaves different areas of knowledge in the field of philosophy, social science and feminist thought concerning the body and human body language. After her talk she will have a conversation with performer and art historian Vanessa Vargas.
