Doctor of Philosophy (UAM) and lecturer in Aesthetics at the University of Vigo. A critic, he has curated exhibitions such as Andrei Tarkovski: fidelidad a una obsesión, La escultura en Fritz Lang, Cabañas para pensar, Unterwegs: al paso de Walter Benjamin, Georges Perec: Tentativa de inventario and Dónde estarán las nieves de antaño. He has curated individual exhibitions by Jorge Molder, Manuel Vilariño, Antón Patiño, Xesús Vázquez, Antón Lamazares, Luís Seoane, Roland Topor and Juan Carlos Meana, as well as different collective exhibitions.

He is co-director of the film Pessoa / Lisboa.
