Ana Carrasco Conde

Philosopher born in 1979. She completed her philosophy, theosophy and literature studies in Munich, Berlin and Paris. She earned a doctorate from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid with a thesis on German idealism and romanticism. After several post-doctoral scholarships in Germany, she returned to Spain with a scholarship to attract talent. Winner of the Julián Sanz del Río (DAAD) international research prize. She is a lecturer at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, but continue to pursue university studies of the Sumerian and Akkadian language. She has given lectures and had research residencies in the USA, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and South Korea, among others. Her last book is Decir el mal (Galaxia Gutenberg, 2021). Her work focuses on evil, terror, horror and death. She works for the newspaper La Marea, El Cultural, Retina and with the Cadena SER radio station.
