Andrea Ganuza

Andrea is an illustrator, cartoonist and itinerant artist. Her work combines the languages of comics, fanzines and contemporary art, seeking graphic experimentation and pushing the boundaries of the medium. A Fine Art graduate from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), she is doing a master’s degree in Artistic Creation and Research at the University of Barcelona (UB). She has been resident artist at venues including El Parche (Bogotá), Taller 7 and Platohedro (Medellín), Tarântula (Sao Paulo), La Maison Des Auteurs (Angoulême), La Maison De La Littérature (Quebec), Azkuna Zentroa (Bilbao), L’Estruch (Sabadell) and Centro de Creación Huarte. Her drawings have been exhibited at venues including Conde Duque and CentroCentro (Madrid), Fundación Suñol, Galería Policroma (Barcelona), Azkuna Zentroa (Bilbao) and La Ciudadela (Pamplona), and can be found in the collection at the Museo de Navarra.
