Writer, literary critic and essayist.
She has been an editor and publication adviser, has worked for different cultural institutions and has directed courses devoted to European literatures. She sits on the editorial committees of several cultural journals, including Sibila and Revista de Occidente, and on the juries of literary awards such as the Café Gijón de Narrativa, the Málaga de Novela, the G. T. di Lampedusa de Sicilia and the Zbigniew Herbert Literary Award in Warsaw. Her publications include, among others, the essays Por las fronteras de Europa. Un viaje por la narrativa de los siglos XX y XXI, with a prologue by Claudio Magris, Del Drina al Vístula. Lecturas centroeuropeas, Sin tiempo para el adiós.
