Exhibition curator, artistic mediator and cultural manager born in Tonneins, France, in 1971. Since 2007, Alexandra has directed Mapamundistas, a contemporary art programme held every year in a network of spaces in and around Pamplona. Within the framework of this festival, she has explored concepts with movement and transformation from multiple perspectives. In 2022, the 16th edition entitled Más allá de lo que pueda ver (Beyond what you can see) will address the limits of the visible.
Since 2016, she has coordinated the artistic education programme En Mudanza (Moving), which takes Pamplona City Council’s Contemporary Art Collection to the city’s schools. In the cross-border field, in 2019 and 2020, she co-curated Mahaia (Table), an initiative carried out simultaneously in Bayonne, Bilbao and Pamplona in which several artists from the region took part. Since 2020, she has also curated the 9 Soles summer season, which every Wednesday offers a hybrid artistic action in the open air on the roof terrace of Museo de Navarra.
