She studied Comparative Literature in Granada, specialising in the connection between literature and film. She has published the novels Gente que ríe (Caballo de Troya, 2022, Ojo Crítico narrative prize winner) and El ataque de las cabras (Random House, 2025, silver Euskadi award), and the volume of poetry Superé a los soldados (La bella Varsovia, 2026). She presented and wrote the programme Un país para leerlo on the TVE channel La2, and writes on a monthly basis for El Cultural.
